    The leaves across our Arkansas hills are starting to transform into crimson red and golden yellow hues as fall settles in to the Natural State.

    At Buzz Electrical, we are already getting excited about the fall season. We’ve rounded up some of the best fun fall events near Fayetteville, AR to help our customers celebrate this spook-tacular time of the year.

    Homegrown Festival

    October 6

    Shop local and score some delicious food at the Homegrown Festival. Vendors and artists will be selling handmade goods, live music will set the scene, and food trucks will offer up tasty treats. The festival will last 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    Hobbs State Park Fall Festival

    October 7

    Enjoy free family friendly fun while you are surrounded by beautiful nature at the Hobbs State Park Fall Festival. Take a peek into the past as their talented teams demonstrate how previous generations lived. There will be a blacksmith demonstration, a stone tool making demonstration, a Dutch oven demonstration, old timey games, old cooking techniques, storytelling, crafts, live music, and more. The festival is from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

    Hillberry Harvest Moon Festival

    October 11 – 14

    Jam to live music all weekend long at the Harvest Moon Festival. This year’s lineup includes Railroad Earth, Trampled by Turtles, Sam Bush, Lettuce, The Wood Brothers, Billy Strings, Big Smith, Split Lip Rayfield, Rumpke Mountain Boys & Friends, Arkansauce x 2, Opal Agafia & The Sweet Nothings, Friends of the Phamily, The Mighty Pines, Miles Over Mountains, The Squarshers, Julian Davis, Red Oak Ruse’s Late Night All-Star Jam, Grassfed, Steamboat Bandits, Drifters Mile, and Grace Stormont.

    47th Annual Old-Fashioned Square Gathering

    October 13

    If you like to stroll through charming historic downtown streets, check out the Old-Fashioned Square Gathering in Ozark. There will be vendor booths, live music, free games and entertainment, a pet pageant, a baby photo contest, and more. This event lasts 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

    10th Annual Voices from the Silent City Cemetery Tour

    October 18 – 20

    Get spooky a couple weeks early by touring a local cemetery. Costumed tours of living history throughout the Eureka Springs Municipal Cemetery last one hour and serve as a fundraiser for the Eureka Springs Historical Museum. The tours begin at 5:30 p.m. each night and leave every 20 minutes until 8:30 p.m.

    The Hindman Hall Museum exhibits on the Prairies Grove Battlefield will come to life after darkness falls this October! Hear from the ghosts of generals, medics, and civilians on the battlefield, then create some crafts and eat some treats with your family. The ghosts will be visiting from 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.

    Ozarktober Fall Fling Bonfire

    October 26

    Head to downtown Springdale for Ozarktober Fest. There will be pumpkin decorating, live music, food, $5 hayrides, free games and of course, a bonfire.

    Trick Art Treat

    October 28

    Visit the Crystal Bridges Art Museum and surrounding forest area for trick-or-treating, pumpkin painting, and photo booth areas for pictures. The happy haunting will last from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
